Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Concrete Reinforcing Bar from the Mainland of China: Preliminary Determinations
On 11 September 2014, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidising in respect of certain concrete reinforcing bar originating in or exported from the Mainland of China. The estimated margins of dumping were found to be in the range of 25.4% - 32.9%, whereas the estimated amounts of subsidy in the range of 0.6% - 25.2%.
