Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Vinyl Chloride Polymers Originating in the Mainland of China

Pursuant to Commercial Information Circular No. 546/2014 of 9 June regarding the announcement of preliminary determination of certain vinyl chloride polymers originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 238/2014 on 3 June 2014 announcing its final determination that from 16 July 2014 to 15 July 2019, certain vinyl chloride polymers used in the production of openings and closings, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur¹) Common Classification (NCM) code 3916.20.00 originating in the Mainland of China, will be subject to an anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$0.88/kg.
