Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Vinyl Chloride Polymers Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance ("Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas" in Spanish) of Argentina issued Resolution No. 184/2014 on 15 May 2014 announcing its preliminary determination that for a period of six months, certain vinyl chloride polymers used in the production of openings and closings classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 3916.20.00 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to a provisional anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$2.27 per kilogram for Mainland suppliers.
