Brazil : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Steel Tube Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Resolution No. 30/2014 on 11 April 2014 announcing its preliminary determination that for a period of six months, certain seamless steel tube mixed with chromium, with a nominal external diameter between 3mm and 141.3 mm, regardless of wall thickness and internal diameter, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7304.51.19, 7304.59.11 and 7304.59.19 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to a provisional anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$759.56 to US$811.13 per tonne for certain Mainland companies. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$811.13 per tonne.
