Brazil : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Precipitated Silicon Dioxide Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Resolution No. 32/2014 on 23 April 2014 announcing its final determination that from 23 April 2014 to 22 April 2019, certain precipitated silicon dioxide, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 2811.22.10 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to an anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$63.39 to US$594.41 per tonne for certain Mainland companies. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$594.41 per tonne.
