Brazil : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Copper Tubes Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Circular No. 78/2013 on 20 December 2013 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against certain copper tubes classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7411.10.90 originating in the Mainland of China.
