Colombia : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Plywood Originating in the Mainland of China

The Colombian government issued a Resolution No. 70/2014 on 10 April 2014 announcing its final determination that for a period of three years, certain plywood, classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) codes 4412.31.0000 and 4412.32.0000 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to an anti-dumping (AD) duty of a minimum free on board (FOB) price of US$594 per tonne.
