Mexico : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Cold-Rolled Steel Sheet Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 24 April 2014 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against certain cold-rolled steel sheet classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) codes 7209.16.01 and 7209.17.01 originating in the Mainland of China. The Bureau is responsible for, among others, conducting antidumping investigations, and guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong province in responding to antidumping investigations against products from the Guangdong Province.
