Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Blenders Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 14 April 2014 announcing its preliminary determination that with effect from 15 April, certain blenders classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) 8509.40.01 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to a provisional anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$21.77 per unit for a Mainland company. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$24.04 per unit. The Bureau is responsible for, among others, conducting antidumping investigations, and guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong province in responding to antidumping investigations against products from the Guangdong Province.
