Chile : Extension of Compliance Dates of Conformity Certificate of Safety and Energy Efficiency for Printers and Home Theatres
The Chilean government issued Exempt Resolution No. 2371/2014 on 4 February 2014 to extend the compliance dates of conformity certificate of safety and energy efficiency for printers and home theatres.
2.The compliance dates to obtain conformity certificate of safety and energy efficiency for printers and home theatres are extended as follows:
(a) Printers

| Conformity Certificate of Safety | ||
| (i) | 30 March 2014 | manufacture and import of such products |
| (ii) | 30 June 2014 | domestic sale of such products with the required seal on the package |
| (iii) | 1 July 2014 | domestic sale of such products with the required seal on the product |
| Conformity Certificate of Energy Efficiency | ||
| (iv) | 30 June 2014 | manufacture and import of such products |
| (v) | 30 September 2014 | domestic sale of such products with the required seal on the package |
| (vi) | 1 October 2014 | domestic sale of such products with the required seal on the product |
(b) Home Theatres
| Compliance Date | Application Criteria | |
| Conformity Certificate of Energy Efficiency | ||
| (i) | 31 May 2014 | manufacture and import of such products |
| (ii) | 31 August 2014 | domestic sale of such products with the required seal on the package |
| (iii) | 1 September 2014 | domestic sale of such products with the required seal on the product |
