Brazil : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Circular No. 7/2014 on 24 February 2014 announcing its preliminary determination that for a period of six months, certain sodium acid pyrophosphate (SAPP) classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 2835.39.20 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to a provisional anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$769.37 to US$2,201.07 per tonne for certain Mainland companies. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$2,225.34 per tonne.
