Brazil : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Pre-sensitized Aluminium Plates Originating in the Mainland of China

The trade was informed via Commercial Information Circular No. 186/2014 on 27 February 2014 that the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil published a Circular No. 10/2014 on 25 February 2014 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain pre-sensitized aluminium plates classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3701.30.21 and 3701.30.31 ("pre-sensitized aluminium plates") originating in Hong Kong. The AD investigation also covers pre-sensitized aluminium plates originating in the Mainland of China.
