Mexico : Final Determination of Antidumping Investigation against Ceramic and Porcelain Tableware, Set and Loose, Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a resolution on 13 January 2014 announcing its final determination that ceramic and porcelain tableware, set and loose, classified under Tariff Law of General Import and Export (TIGIE) code 6911.10.01 and 6912.00.01 originating in the Mainland of China with import price less than the reference price of U.S. $ 2.61 per kilogram shall be subject to antidumping duties.  The Mexican resolution (in Spanish) is available at:  http://www.dof.gob.mx/nota_detalle.php?codigo=5329470&fecha=13/01/2014.

2.For traders involved in the export of the subject product in the Guangdong Province, please contact Zhang Ping, Director of the Bureau of Fair Trade for Import and Export under the Guangdong Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, at  8620 3881 9932.  The Bureau is responsible for, among others, conducting antidumping investigations, and guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong province in responding to antidumping investigations against products from the Guangdong Province.
