Commercial Information Circular No. 118/2014

Chile : Certificate of Origin Number Not Required for Ex-post Preference Claims under Free Trade Agreement

The Chilean customs issued Circular No. 312/2013 on 18 November 2013 that the certificate of origin number is not required for ex-post preference claim ("SMDA") and subsequent customs duty drawback claims under a free trade agreement.
