Chile : Test Protocols for the Certification of Certain Electrical Energy Metres, Fuel Products and Heaters
The Chilean government issued Exempt Resolutions No. 1981/2013 and No. 2158/2013 in November and December 2013 respectively to approve the test protocols for the certification of certain electrical energy metres and outdoor fuel products. A summary of the test protocols is set out as follows:

2.The Chilean government also issued Exempt Resolution No. 1851/2013 on 20 November 2013 to modify Exempt Resolution No. 1393/2012 of 13 August 2012. It authorises for 12 months conformity certification bodies and laboratories to certify safety, energy efficiency and particulate matter emission test protocols for heaters fuelled by firewood if the application is submitted by 19 November 2014.
