Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Photovoltaic Modules and Laminates from the Mainland of China: Initiation of Investigations

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 5 December 2014 announcing the initiation of investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain photovoltaic modules and laminates originating in or exported from the Mainland of China, amongst certain other countries. On 8 December 2014, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued a notice announcing the commencement of a preliminary injury inquiry to determine whether the alleged dumped or subsidized imports had caused injury or retardation or were threatening to cause injury to the Canadian industry.
