Brazil : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Cuticle Pliers Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Circular No. 77/2014 on 15 December 2014 announcing the initiation of anti-dumping investigation against certain cuticle pliers classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8214.20.00 originating in the Mainland of China.
