Brazil : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain PET Films Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 648/2014 of 9 July 2014 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain PET Films, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (MDIC) of Brazil issued a Resolution No. 105/2014 on 21 November 2014 announcing its preliminary determination that for a period of six months, certain PET films classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3920.62.19, 3920.62.91 and 3920.62.99 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to a provisional anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$820.6 per tonne.
