Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Stainless Steel Sinks Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 17 October 2014 announcing its preliminary determination that with effect from 18 October 2014, stainless steel sinks weighing no more than eight kilogrammes classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) 7324.10.01 originating in the Mainland of China will be subject to an anti-dumping (AD) duty of US$4.14 per net kilogramme for a Mainland company. Imports from other Mainland suppliers will be subject to an AD duty of US$5.40 per net kilogramme.
