Commercial Information Circular No. 1010/2014
Chile : Conformity Certification Requirements for Certain Refrigeration Equipment and Tubes and Wire Conduction Systems
The Chilean government issued Exempt Resolution No. 41/2014 on 12 September 2014 to require the following products to obtain a Certificate of Conformity prior to sale in Chile. The requirement will become effective once the applicable test protocols comes into force and the certification bodies and test laboratories have been authorised.
