US : Informed Compliance Publication on Classification of Knit to Shape Garments
under US Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSUS) Heading 6110
The trade was informed via Commercial Information Circular No. 238/2006 dated 26 June 2006 that the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued an informed compliance publication (ICP) entitled "What Every Member of the Trade Community Should Know About: Classification of Knit to Shape Garments under US Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSUS) Heading 6110". CBP has recently reviewed the publication without making changes. Interested parties may download the ICP re-issued in May 2008 at:
