US : Informed Compliance Publication on Classification of Children's Apparel
The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has recently issued a revised version of its informed compliance publication (ICP) entitled "What Every Member of the Trade Community Should Know About: Classification of Children's Apparel".

The ICP provides guidance regarding the tariff classification of children's apparel, including information on babies' wear, babies' sets and retail sets, sizes, styling features, special classification treatment for two-piece playsuits, as well as coverage and use of children's wear. It also contains useful information on the invoicing and marking requirements and a glossary of children's wear terms.
