Commercial Information Circular No. 272/2006

US : Revised Informed Compliance Publication on Customs Value

The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has recently issued a revised informed compliance publication (ICP) entitled "What Every Member of the Trade Community Should Know About: Customs Value". The ICP provides guidance regarding the valuation of merchandise imported into the US.
