Opening of Integrated Customer Service Centre
This circular announces for general information that with a view to providing convenient and effective services to the trade, various public service counters of the Trade and Industry Department will be accommodated in the Integrated Customer Service Centre (the "Centre") with effect from 30 May 2022 (Monday).

2.The following counter services will be integrated into the Centre to faciliate the trade to receive face-to-face customer service under one roof.
- Information Counter of Trade and Industry Department (1/F)
- Rice Control Unit (13/F)^
- Textiles Trader Registration Office (14/F)
- Textiles Trader Registration
- Registration for Local Importers of Mainland Cereals and Grain Flour^
- Registration for Hong Kong Registered Wine Exporters
- Factory Registration and Origin Certification Branch (14/F)
^Drop-in box services are available in the Centre.
3.For the following services, drop-in box services are available in the Centre but public service counters will continue to open on 16/F of the Trade and Industry Tower.
- Rough Diamonds and Ozone Depleting Substances Licensing Unit (16/F)
- Manifest Checking Unit (including Transhipment Cargo Exemption Scheme) (16/F)
- Hong Kong Service Supplier and Hong Kong Investor Certification Section (16/F)
