Seminar for SMEs on "Effective Coaching and Personality Assessment"

The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Effective Coaching and Personality Assessment" on July 28 (Tuesday), illustrating coaching skills for enhancing employees' performance and motivation, analysing techniques for cultivating employees' passion for work, and introducing a personality assessment tool for SMEs to identify suitable employees.

The speakers will include two representatives from Vital Employee Service Consultancy: the Principal Consultant, Dr Suen Lap-man, and the Training Consultant, Miss Elaine Chow.

The seminar will be held at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay (MTR Tin Hau Station, Exit B). The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
