Seminar for SMEs entitled "Effective Brand Building Through Promotional Videos and TV Commercials"

The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Effective Brand Building Through Promotional Videos and TV Commercials" on January 9, 2012 (Monday). The seminar will explore with SMEs how to capitalise on promotional videos and TV commercials (PVTVC) for brand building and how to produce low-cost but highly effective PVTVC with limited resources. 

At the seminar, TVC Director of Orange Club Limited, Lecturer in the Master of Fine Arts Programme at the Academy of Film, School of Communication, Hong Kong Baptist University, and Lecturer in the Communication Department at Hong Kong Shue Yan University, Mr Peter Chan, will introduce the basic concept and effectiveness of PVTVC, and the relationship between brand building and video/TV promotion. Mr Chan will also share the keys to success in building brands through PVTVC and some smart tips for selecting the appropriate broadcast channels (e.g. TV, online networks and social media).

The seminar will be held at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (MTR Tin Hau station, exit B). The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
