Seminar for SMEs on "Adding Value to Your Enterprise through Employee Training"

The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar on March 24 (Wednesday) entitled "Adding Value to Your Enterprise through Employee Training". The seminar will explore how SMEs can enhance their competitiveness through employee training. 

Speakers include Executive Director of Academy of Management Consultancy, Prof Alfred Ho, and President of the Hong Kong Chamber of Small and Medium Business, Dr Kevin Lau. Prof Ho will talk about how SMEs can, through training, bolster employees' self-confidence, enhance their enthusiasm to work, improve efficiency, and help employees meet the organisation's development goals, thereby increasing the company's competitiveness. Dr Lau will speak about how SMEs can improve their performance in 2010.

The seminar will be held on March 24 at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, ground floor, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (MTR Tin Hau station, exit B). It will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
