Seminar for SMEs on "Marketing Strategies in Times of Adversity"

The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Marketing Strategies in Times of Adversity" on January 20 (Tuesday). The seminar will explore with SMEs the marketing challenges and the keys to click in times of adversity. It will also introduce how to use customer relations management system and electronic messages for low-cost and effective marketing. 

Speakers include Chairman of Hong Kong Institute of Marketing, Mr Yim Kai-ming, and Assistant Marketing Director of Wharf T&T eBusiness Limited, Mr Kenneth Tsang. An SME owner will also share his marketing experience under adverse market conditions. 

The seminar will be held on January 20 at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, ground floor, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (MTR Tin Hau station, exit B). It will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
