Seminar for SMEs on "Leveraging on Financing for Business Development"

The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Leveraging on Financing for Business Development" on Thursday, September 18. The seminar will introduce green equipment financing, the Government's SME Loan Guarantee Scheme, and tips for preparing proper accounting records and business plan for loan application.

Speakers include Division Director, Commercial Banking, HSBC, Mr Paul Yeung, Senior Executive Officer of Trade and Industry Department, Ms Lisa Cheng, and Managing Director of Chung & Partners and Committee Member of CPA Australia Hong Kong China Division Public Practice Committee, Dr Sammy Chung. Chairman of the SME Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and Managing Director of ColArt Hong Kong Ltd, Mr Gerry Ma, will be the moderator for the SMEs' experience sharing session.

The seminar will be held on September 18 at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, ground floor, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (MTR Tin Hau station exit B). It will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
