Seminar for SMEs on "Excellent Customer Service from the Heart"

The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Excellent Customer Service from the Heart" on August 28 (Thursday). The seminar will explore how SMEs can provide excellent customer service and lead their staff to attain this goal. 

Speakers include Chairman of the Quality Brand Management Association, Dr Terence Kwai-lam Wong, SME Banking General Manager of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, Ms Betty Ku, and Training & Development Manager of Swire Properties Limited, Mr Eric Ling. They will share with participants their experiences and tips for achieving customer service excellence.

The seminar will be held on August 28 at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, ground floor, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (MTR Tin Hau station exit B). It will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
