SME seminar on "Enneagram as Managerial Tool"

The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Enneagram as Managerial Tool" on June 17 (Tuesday). The seminar will explore how SMEs can apply the theories of Enneagram to improve human resources management. 

At the seminar, Training Manager of St James' Settlement Corporate Training Centre Miss Rowena Szeto and a senior training consultant of the centre will introduce the theories of Enneagram. They will share with participants the tips for effective delegation of work to staff of different personalities, and ways for enhancing their work performance.

The seminar will be held on June 17 at 2.30pm at the Lecture Theatre, Ground Floor, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (MTR Tin Hau Station Exit B). It will be conducted in Cantonese with free admission.
