Seminar on how to provide quality customer services

The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will join with the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) to hold a seminar on customer services skills next Thursday (April 21).
The seminar will be held from 2.30pm to 5pm at the Lecture Theatre, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (MTR Tin Hau Station Exit B).
Miss Anita Bagaman, Executive Director, HKRMA, will introduce the Mystery Shoppers Programme. The programme, implemented by HKRMA, aims to help retailers improve the overall standard of customer services and recognise outstanding retail companies.
Winners of "2004 Service Retailers of the Year" will share their knowledge and experience on customer services with the audience. Speakers include Ms Sallus Wong, Corporate Manager, Chow Sang Sang Jewellery CO. Ltd.; Ms Caroline Mak, Chief Executive Officer, Greater China, Mannings; and Ms Salina Chan, Senior Manager, Retail Operations Division, FANCL HOUSE.
The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free of charge. Interested parties are requested to register with the Trade and Industry Department as seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For enquiries, please call 3403 6111.
