The Dongguan Administration for Market Regulation promulgated on 9 January 2026 the “List of Dongguan Administration for Market Regulation on Reduction and Exemption of Penalties Related to Administrative Law Enforcement”, which will take effect on 19 January 2026 and will remain vaild until 18 January 2031. Please refer to the Appendix for the list (in Chinese only).
