European Union (EU)* : Initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding on imports of bolted and boltless steel shelves originating in Chinese Mainland
The European Commission published notice C/2026/3097 on 10 June 2026 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of bolted and boltless steel shelves originating in Chinese Mainland. 2.The product under investigation is bolted and boltless steel shelving units and components thereof, namely steel uprights with two flat connecting surfaces and steel beams without welded upright connectors, where the shelving unit includes any of such components whether or not with decks (regardless of their material), currently falling under CN codes ex 9403 20 80 (TARIC code 9403 20 80 20) and ex 9403 99 10 (TARIC code 9403 99 10 20).
3.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
