Chinese Mainland : “Regulations of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Shenzhen Park of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone”
The Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress promulgated on 31 December 2025 the “Regulations of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Shenzhen Park of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone”, which will take effect on 1 March 2026. Please refer to the Appendix for the regulations (in Chinese only).
