The General Administration of Customs issued on 11 May 2026 the “Notice Concerning Issues Related to Implementing the ‘Measures of the Customs of the People’s Republic of China for Supervision and Administration of the Inspection and Quarantine of Imported and Exported Cosmetics’”, which will be implemented from 1 December 2026. Please refer to the Appendix for the notice (in Chinese only).
