Dear Sirs,
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 87/2025 of 22 January 2025 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against stainless steel sinks classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 7324.10.00.00, 7324.29.00.00 and 7324.90.00.00 originating in the Chinese Mainland, the Peruvian Government issued Resolution No. 001-2026/CDB-INDECOPI to announce the imposition of AD duty order. For a period of five years, imports of the subject products weighing 5.2 kg or less will face an AD duty of US$1.56 per kilogram (kg), while those weighing more than 5.2 kg and less than 23 kg will face an AD duty of US$0.50 per kg.
