Dear Sirs,
The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 26 February 2026 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against ceramic and porcelain tableware classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) codes 6911.10.01, 6912.00.03 and 6912.00.99 originating in Chinese Mainland. Imports of the merchandise valued at less than the reference price of US$2.58 per kilogram are subject to an AD duty that is equal to the difference between the import price and the reference price for four months.
