The Peruvian Government issued Resolution No. 46/2026 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against new pneumatic conventional and radial rubber tyres for automobiles, classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 4011.10.10.00, 4011.10.90.00, 4011.20.10.00, 4011.20.90.00, 4011.70.00.00, 4011.80.00.00 and 4011.90.00.00 originating in the Chinese Mainland. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong Province in responding to AD investigations against products of the Province.
