The Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation issued on 10 March 2026 the “Notice Concerning the Launch of Monitoring and Self-inspection Work on Adverse Events by Registrants and Filing Persons of Medical Devices in 2026”. The self-inspection form is required to be submitted before 15 August 2026. Please refer to the Appendix for the notice (in Chinese only).
