Chinese Mainland : Amended “Implementation Measures of the Authority of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Municipality for Promoting the High-quality Development of Headquarters Enterprises”
The Authority of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Municipality issued on 2 March 2026 the amended “Implementation Measures of the Authority of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Municipality for Promoting the High-quality Development of Headquarters Enterprises”, which took effect on 13 March 2026 for three years. Please refer to the Appendix for the implementation measures (in Chinese only).
