Dear Sirs,
The Colombian Government issued Resolution No. 363/2025 to announce renewal of an anti-dumping (AD) duty order on ceramic tableware and kitchenware originating in the Chinese Mainland. The products classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) codes 6911.10.00.00 and 6912.00.00.00 are subject to an AD duty, for a period of five years, if their free on board (FOB) prices are below the minimum FOB prices of US$2.88 per kilogram (kg) and US$1.71 per kg respectively. The AD Duty is equal to the difference between the product FOB price and the minimum FOB price.
