European Union (EU)* : Initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding on imports of certain acrylic esters originating in, inter alia, Chinese Mainland
The European Commission published notice C/2026/1469 on 12 March 2026 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of certain acrylic esters originating in, inter alia, Chinese Mainland. 2.The product under investigation is certain acrylic esters which are butyl acrylate and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, falling respectively under Chemical Abstracts Service numbers 141-32-2 and 103-11-7, currently under Customs Union and Statistics codes 0012413-0 and 0017228-1, and currently classified under CN code ex 2916 12 00 (TARIC code 2916 12 00 15).
3.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
