Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 899/2025 of 16 October 2025, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidising in respect of thermoformed molded fibre tableware from Chinese Mainland on 27 February 2026. The estimated margins of dumping were found to be in the range of 20.0% - 26.1%, whereas the estimated amounts of subsidy were 0.4% - 27.6%.
