Three government departments including the Ministry of Finance jointly issued on 13 February 2026 the “Notice Concerning Tax Exemption List of Imported Products for Scientific Research, Scientific and Technological Development and Teaching During the ‘15th Five-Year Plan’ Period”, which took effect on 1 January 2026. Please refer to the Appendix for the notice (in Chinese only).
