The Guangzhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation promulgated on 18 December 2025 the “List of the Guangzhou Municipal Market Regulation System on Reduction and Exemption of Penalties Related to Administrative Law Enforcement (2025)”, which took effect on the date of promulgation for five years.
