United Kingdom (UK) : Initiation of expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of welded tubes and pipes of iron or non-alloy steel originating in, inter alia, Chinese Mainland
The UK Government published notice on 27 January 2026 initiating an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of welded tubes and pipes of iron or non-alloy steel originating in Chinese Mainland. 2.The product under review is welded tubes and pipes, of iron or non-alloy steel, of circular cross-section and of an external diameter not exceeding 168.3 mm, excluding line pipe of a kind used for oil or gas pipelines, casing and tubing of a kind used in drilling for oil or gas, precision tubes and tubes and pipes with attached fittings suitable for conducting gases or liquids for use in civil aircraft, currently falling under UK Global Tariff commodity codes 7306 3041 20, 7306 3049 20, 7306 3072 80, 7306 3077 80.
3.All interested parties may register their interest in the review by 11 February 2026 via the Trade Remedies Service at: https://www.trade-remedies.service.gov.uk/. They may submit comments on any issues relevant to the review and request a hearing through the Trade Remedies Service.
4.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
