Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 216/2025 of 11 March 2025 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against aluminium bars, rods and profiles classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) codes 7604.10.02, 7604.10.99, 7604.29.01, 7604.29.02 and 7604.29.99 originating in Chinese Mainland, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 29 December 2025 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation with imposition of AD duty of US$1.55 per kilogram. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong Province in responding to AD investigations against products of the Province.
