Dear Sirs,
The Brazilian Government issued Resolution No. 830/2025 announcing the renewal of an anti-dumping (AD) duty order on ceramic tableware classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 6911.10.10, 6911.10.90, 6911.90.00 and 6912.00.00 originating in Chinese Mainland. Imports of subject products will face an AD duty ranging from US$1.84 to US$5.14 per kilogram for five years. Please refer to the Appendix for the Brazilian Circular (in Portuguese).
2.For traders involved in the export of the subject products produced in Guangdong, please contact Zheng Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Guangdong Department of Commerce at 8620 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in the Guangdong Province in responding to AD investigations against products of the Province.

1 The Southern Common Market (Mercosur) includes Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela. Membership of Venezuela has been temporarily suspended since 2 December 2016.
