The Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China jointly issued Notice No. 58/2025 on 9 October 2025, announcing the “Decision on the Implementation of Export Control on Related Items of Lithium Batteries and Artificial Graphite Anode Materials”, which will take effect from 8 November 2025. Please refer to the Appendix for the decision (in Chinese only).
